FXCM may not make nor receive any payment via a third party - FXCM CAN NEITHER GUARANTEE THE RECEIPT, NOR THE RETURN OF SUCH PAYMENTS. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - FXCM CAN NEITHER GUARANTEE ITS RECEIPT NOR ITS RETURN. Cheques drawn on foreign bank accounts are not accepted and will be returned. New accounts should state: "Client Name, new account", i.e. John Smith, New Account. Bank Drafts will be deposited into your trading account upon receipt. Personal cheques take 5 business days to clear as they must clear both the client's side and FXCM. Please indicate your ten digit ID# on all wires, checks, withdrawal requests, and any correspondence to FXCM to help expedite processing time.
Note: FXCM accepts bank cheques, cashier's cheques, certified cheques and personal cheques. Personal cheques will be held for 5 business days before they are deposited, regardless of amount or the date of deduction from the client's bank account. FXCM recommends sending amounts under $2,000 via bank, certified or cashier's cheques, all of which are deposited same day. FXCM may not make nor receive any payment via a third party. We can neither guarantee the receipt, nor the return of such payments.
